About these terms

These Terms of Service apply to your use of the SureForm online store and purchases from SureForm. In these terms, “SureForm,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the business operating this store. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. Our Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy also describe the terms of your purchase. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled.

Using the store

You must be legally able to enter into a purchase contract, or use the store with a parent or guardian who can do so. Provide accurate contact, delivery, and payment information and use only payment methods you are authorized to use. Do not use the store for fraud, unlawful activity, infringement, or attempts to compromise its security or interfere with other customers.

Products and information

We aim to describe and display our products accurately. Screen settings and lighting can affect how colors appear, and measurements may have reasonable manufacturing variation. These differences do not excuse a product that is materially different from its description.

SureForm straps are support accessories. Product descriptions are general information, not individualized medical advice, a diagnosis, or a promise to cure or prevent a condition. Results and comfort vary. Follow the product's fitting and care instructions and seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional when appropriate.

Prices, payments, and promotions

Prices are in U.S. dollars unless checkout explicitly states otherwise. Applicable taxes and any charges are shown before you submit your order. Promotions apply only under the conditions shown with the offer. Bundle listings state the total number of straps included; a promotional strap is part of that total, not an additional item beyond it.

Prices and offers may change for future purchases. We will not add a new charge or increase the agreed price of an existing order without your consent. If a material price, description, or availability error affects an order, we will contact you to offer a correction or cancellation with a refund of any payment taken for canceled items.

Orders and availability

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. Orders remain subject to availability and payment authorization. We may decline or cancel an order for a genuine stock issue, a material listing error, suspected fraud, or another lawful reason. If we cancel an order after payment, we will notify you and refund the canceled items. We do not exclude any rights you have under applicable law.

Shipping, returns, and support

We currently offer free standard worldwide shipping with estimated delivery in 7–12 business days after ordering, including processing and transit. See our Shipping Policy for details and help with delays or delivery problems.

Eligible unused straps in original packaging may be returned by requesting a return within 30 days of delivery. Conditions, bundle returns, return shipping costs, and refund procedures are described in our Return and Refund Policy. These policies do not limit remedies for defective or misdescribed goods. Fulfillment partners may ship an order on our behalf; order and return questions should be directed to SureForm.

Website content and third-party services

Store branding and content are protected by the rights of SureForm or their respective owners. You may use the store for personal shopping, but may not copy or commercially exploit protected content without permission. Third-party websites or services linked from the store have their own terms and privacy practices. Their availability or content is outside our control, but this does not remove our responsibility for your purchase from SureForm.

Availability and legal rights

We aim to keep the store accurate, secure, and available, but temporary interruptions or errors can occur. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses arising solely from website interruptions or your misuse of the site. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability, warranties, or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including remedies for defective goods, fraud, or other conduct protected by applicable law.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will show the revised date on this page. Changes apply prospectively and do not remove rights arising from orders already placed. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. Mandatory consumer protections applicable to you remain in effect.
